Lastly, the design was already a timeless one, so to say, but with the added aggressive and modern elements to the mixture it will keep the car fresh for a longer period that is to come.

2016 Jaguar XJ exterior
The thing with the Jaguar cars is that they are all good looking, and the 2016 Jaguar XJ exterior appearance does not run from that premise either. The vehicle does not incorporate a revolutionary style at all, but in fact comes with a pretty good one which tweaks up the previous one a bit and gives is a fresh start. This was done by revising the front part of the car and giving it an upgraded front fascia. The XJ also has a new grille which is larger and has a meshed pattern. The front end is concluded with a redesigned bumper that has chrome surrounds and some lower air intakes. The headlights have adaptive LEDs with automatic high beams. The back side has oval-shaped taillights that also have LED features while the exhaust tips at the real have a similar oval shape as well.
Jaguar has managed to incorporate a few upgrades to the exterior look of the car by making its performance a lot better as well. This means reducing the overall curb weight of the car which has been done with the inclusion of an all-aluminum construction. You can now choose between a standard addition and the one with a longer-wheelbase as well. The standard ones are the XJ R-Sport, XJ R-Sport AWD, XJ Supercharged, and the XJR, while the ones with a longer wheelbase are the XJL Portfolio, XJL Portfolio AWD, XJL Supercharged, and XJR LWB. The ones with the standard wheelbase have exterior enhancements that include new aero, while the ones with a longer wheelbase have a new interior trim which enhances their sportiness or their luxury on the inside.
The inside of the 2016 Jaguar XJ is described with only one word, and that is plush. The inside of the vehicle is very luxurious and very good looking which is the prime characteristic of the Jag vehicles. It uses soft grain perforated leather seats that have contrast stitching, contrast piping and a necessary embossed “leaper” Jaguar logo on them. Sport models enhance the comfort of the seats with eight-by-eight-way power front seats with four-way lumbar support, while the Supercharged models go one up higher and have 14-by-14-way power seats with four-way lumbar support. You can get these kinds of seats on the in XJ R-Sport models in the optional Comfort Pack. The XJL Portfolio and XJL Supercharged models are actually more comfort orientated trims and add 14-by-14-way power seats and four-way lumbar adjustments fitted as standard and comfy seating surfaces with a diamond pattern.
The infotainment part is also a strong side of the XJ vehicles. This is achieved with a standard InControl Touch Pro system that every XJ has. The system is powered by a quad-core Intel processor and has 60-GB solid-state drive. You control it with a eight-inch capacitive touch-screen which is fully customizable to your personal use. You also have a secondary screen that you can use for navigation which is paced in the updated instrument cluster which gives you a better sight while driving. You can also control your system and access it with an InControl Remote app that also does the same work by connecting it with the base. The vehicle is a technological wonder and is something that will provide you with immense comfort and pleasure.
The 2016 Jaguar XJ is going to be powered by either V-6 or V-8 line of engines that are going to be carried over and include contemporary enhancements like direct injection, stop-start fuel-saving technology, all-aluminum construction, variable valve timing and such. To start things off is the 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 that produces 340 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque and can be used both with an RWD or AWD.
