At the back, buyers should expect an LED lighting in the taillights. However the high performance R/T will most certainly retain its more aggressive body style. Similar to most trucks, the new 2016 Dodge RAM 1500 will also have tons of customization features which are going to be in various trim levels.
The cabin will come with quality materials and better dashboard than the previous model. A lot is going to be borrowed from the Challenger and Charger for the purposes of making this truck a high performance one.
2016 Dodge RAM 1500 specs
The new 2016 Dodge RAM 1500 will host different equipment and performance which will be pegged on the vehicle’s price and the trim level. The price range is large and the reason is due to the huge number of trim versions: they will include the Tradesman, Rebel, Express, Black Express, Big Horn, Outdoors man, Sport, Laramie, Laramie Longhorn and 4×4 Laramie Limited.
The Laramie, Laramie Longhorn and Laramie Limited will come equipped with a 5.7L HEMI V8 powerplant which will have an average fuel economy of 22 mpg on the highway and 15 mpg in the city. These versions will also come with standard 20” aluminium wheels.
