2017 BMW M4

Making the newest introduction is the 2017 BMW M4 car which will be a rewarding vehicles for all performance-orientated drivers. It is a near-perfect performance coupe vehicle which can be quite a good model in the right hands. They are making the redesign for the model and its 2017 release and we can expect to see a fairly new vehicle since last time.

People would actually say that the M4 is actually the successor of the M2 model from BMW rather than the expected M3 model, mostly based on its performance and ability. Yes, we agree that this model is a spin-off of the four door M3 model but this one actually has bigger proportions and is a lot heavier compared to that car. It is a car which is closer to grand tourer cars than rather sports cars and is at the same time a stylish and pure performance machine at heart.

Compared to other moles the 2017 BMW M4 is a car which can only work in the right set of hands. It will probably be unforgiving if you do not treat it right and if you do not use it accordingly. Comparing it with the M2, which is a slower version and not as serious as this one, they also host a great difference in power and are highly different in those terms as well.

2017 BMW M4 Exterior Design

When it comes to the exterior style of the 2017 BMW M4 model, they do a good job by shedding some extra weight. This is the main story here as they have incorporated a lot of aluminum and carbon-fiber reinforced plastic bits which are mainly used for the hood and fenders of the car. Additionally, the driveshaft and roof are carbon fiber too and all of this helps the car get the performance it needs. They have put a great emphasis on how they made this kind of a setup possible so the performance of the car is brought to near-perfection. All of this brings to a 174 pounds reduction compared to the car that came before it.

The M4 also borrows the same kind of proportions and characteristics from the 4 Series but still manages to turn the power on that way. There is a power bulge placed on the hood as well which helps you fit the  twin-turbocharged engine beneath it. The wheels are bigger and as a consequence there are some flared fenders added to go around them. The aerodynamics are also something to behold as they make the nose, side and rear of the car be able to cut through air like through butter. The design is mainly based so it enhanced the aerodynamics which will consequently affect the performance of the car and make it far advanced.

Interior Design

Inside the 2017 BMW M4 has elements of both the 4 Series models and also the M badged vehicles. The front part has M division sport seats and also M-specific controls for the electronics. The inside gives us a racier looking carbon fiber trim given throughout the inside and also combines with carbon fiber elements which completes the look of a performance car. The front seats are beautifully tailored and the bucket seats provide great support for your back and can make it a lot easier at higher speeds. Interestingly, the coupe and the convertible versions provide decent cargo capacity. In its base form the car is able to offer 13.0 of cubic feet but convertible options actually lose a bit of cargo space when the top is pulled done and it amounts to 7.8 cubic feet.

Engine Performance and Ability

In order to bring us the best that the 2017 BMW M4 can provide is new  twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-6 engine that can bring 425 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque. This engine has been used for the previous generation of the BMW 3-Series model and it gave some good specs there, so it is now wonder that they have decided to bring it back and enhance the capability of this vehicle. The model is able to make 0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds using the 6-speed, rev-matching manual transmission or 3.9 seconds with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).

Convertible options are heavier so they can make the 60 mph mark in 4.4 seconds and 4.2 seconds, also depending on the transmission. But if you get a Competition package with your car you can easily boost the output at get it to 444 horsepower and it makes the acceleration rates 3.8 seconds and 4.1 seconds.

Release Date and Price

As far as release dates goes, the confirmation has came that the 2017 BMW M4 is going to be available in the start of the year. This actually makes it available for sale with the first three months of the start of the year, with the model possibly getting a release date come February. The model will cost you about 66,220 USD as a base MSRP, which is a serious price for serious customers. The convertible version is far pricier and will amount to 74,700 USD.

The redesign has been made in the manner where they have done everything to cover all possible loose ends that were perhaps made with the last model. Don’t get us wrong, the previous incarnation of the X3 was already a great offer but this one expands and builds an even better kind of vehicle than the current one.

The BMW X3 brand was always an all-around vehicle which brought to its immense popularity. It combines such elements as style, versatility, luxury and efficiency which go pretty well with ht perfect driving mechanics and form one of the best offers in the segment. The current version is the 2015 which brought a great refresh and managed to keep the vehicle afloat by also adding a new four-cylinder diesel engine choice.

2017 BMW X3 exterior

The latest 2017 version of the BMW X3 is going to incorporate a new modular design and is also going to upgrade the power of the car. With enhanced interior space, comfort gestures and BMW’s technology, the X3 receives a very good update which is keeping it in the position it has already established in the market.

Based on the latest spy photos and rumors that are circling the globe, the car is in for an early release and thus we have prepared the review to help you get to know the model better.

As the current model is already a good looking one, the exterior of the 2017 BMW X3 is going to be a little bit fine tuned in order to bring us a refined style. The front side, of course, retains its kidney grille but makes it a little bit larger. The headlights are going to be similar but actually slightly different from the current model as these ones are given  backward “C” to the corners. The LED strip runs from the backwards corner under the bulbs. The fog lamps are going to be carried over and air dam takes are going to same overall shape horizontal louver runs from one side to the other. The corner vents also have the same shape but are a little bit shorter.

The side of the car has different body lines. The current model has an upper body line curving down at the front wheel arch, but this new one has a design which  simply runs straight from the fender back. The crease in the center of the doors is sharper and the body line of the bottom doors has a mirror effect which makes it pop out from the body. The Dual-five-spoke wheels are being incorporated here and come standard for the model.

The rear end of the car is going to see minor changes which and the model is actually going to be toned down in the back. We might see a similar design to the taillights that was done the headlights, but other than that the look is going to remain mostly the same for the 2017 BMW X3 rear end.

The interior of the 2017 BMW X3 has also been updated in a similar manner the outside has been. The model takes in a new look which manages to expand a bit on the current one by giving it a refined look. The steering wheel is different and is exchanged for a longer bottom spoke steering wheel that has  silver buttons and a silver insert over the bottom spoke. The instrument cluster is also a little bit recessed but it still uses digital instruments like a digital speedo  and a digital tachometer placed left and right from the steering.

The majority of the center console has been kept intact and the only major change is a different shifter handle. There is a gray trim insert placed around the center console around the control knob. Also the position of the shifter and the cup holders is pushed back a little bit. The HVAC and infotainment system is just above the cup holders but it changes the center stack part. The infotainment screen still has two center vents but the screen has not been recessed into the dash this time and is a free standing unit that elevates out of the top of the center stack.

The 2017 BMW X3 is going to continue its use of a similar engine setup as it had before. It is going to offer a couple of gasoline variants as well as a diesel one also. The 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-banger is going to be the main source and variant for the car which is able to give us an output of  240 horsepower. The other stronger option is the turbocharged 3.0-liter engine that has an output of 300 horsepower. Fans of diesel engines may also chose a four-cylinder diesel with an output of 180 horsepower.
